Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026. These terms apply to maplewren.com and to every order placed on it. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Who we are
Curva is operated by a sole proprietorship registered in France. You can reach us at boureghdaiheb@gmail.com and we reply within one business day.
2. The product
Curva is a curved wooden massage roller with twelve wheels, sold with a video routine. Prices are shown in US dollars and include no hidden fees. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid.
3. Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if the item is unavailable or if the order looks fraudulent. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments.
4. Shipping
Shipping is free. Orders usually arrive in about 9 days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns and refunds
You have 30 nights to try Curva. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full, and we do not ask for the roller back. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
6. Intended use and safety
Curva is a massage tool for personal use. Roll it on muscle, never on bone. Start with light pressure. Do not use it on broken, sore or irritated skin, over varicose veins, or on any area where you have an injury or a medical condition, unless a healthcare professional tells you it is fine.
7. No medical or cosmetic claims
Curva is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it is not a treatment for cellulite, body fat or body shape. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or under medical care, speak to your doctor before using it.
8. Content and trademarks
All text, photographs, videos and the Curva name on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
9. Your account and conduct
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to breach its security, and not to resell our content. We may refuse service to anyone.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here on the day you order is the one that applies to your order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
